1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Onboarding Mentors platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Job Postings and Applications
Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the platform. Onboarding Mentors does not guarantee the validity of any job offer or the qualifications of any candidate. Jobseekers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any opportunity.
4. Payments and Refunds
Strict No Refund Policy: All payments made for digital tokens, subscription plans, and premium features on the Onboarding Mentors platform are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Onboarding Mentors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
